| Description | Furnish all materials and labor for the project Chiller Replacement for Andrews High School. Work in the project includes: Demolish and replace the existing 200-ton water cooled chiller including chiller pump, building loop pump and condenser water pump including all piping modifications, controls, electrical, makeup water system, and new chiller room controls. Flush, fill and vent system and provide cleaner and water treatment for the entire closed chilled water system and for the existing tower water system. Drain, clean, flush and re-charge building loop with glycol. Provide a new ventilation system for room. |
