Project is estimated at Project Magnitude Range: $5,000,000-$10,000,000 4.Contract Specialist is Monica Coniglio, Monica.N.Coniglio@usace.army.mil Submit Bids no later than 2:00PM EST on 22 July 2022 (or as amended) to: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New York District, Contracting Division, Room 16-300, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0090 Due to heightened security at U.S. Government installations, all Bidders are instructed to allow ample time to get through the security checkpoint in order to have their bids delivered before 2:00PM EST on the date of the bid opening. SERVICE OF PROTEST (SEP 2006) (a) Protests, as defined in section 33.101 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, that are filed directly with an agency, and copies of any protests that are filed with the Government Accountability Office (GAO), shall be served on the Contracting Officer (addressed as follows) by obtaining written and dated acknowledgment of receipt from Frank Cashman, District Contracting Chief, New York District Directorate of Contracting U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Office 16-300. (b) The copy of any protest shall be received in the office designated above within one day of filing a protest with the GAO. COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (APR 1984) The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 5 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 55 calendar days after NTP. * The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. |
