Provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove six existing valve vaults and manholes and to replace 24” welded steel pipe, construct two new mainline valve vaults and one new check valve vault adjacent to the existing pipeline, and to install a cathodic protection system with test stations along the 24” Traverse Transmission Line (TTL).
