| Description | Purpose/Background As a permitted Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) community, Boulder County is required to implement a stormwater quality program to reduce contamination of stormwater runoff and prohibit illegal discharges. Boulder County ("County") is seeking a vendor or vendors to assist the County in meeting its obligations to perform spill cleanup. Awarded vendors will be expected to enter into a continuing services contract with the county with the option to renew for four more one year terms. No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract.
