| Description | This project will include a redesign of the site plan that was originally completed for the City of Olathe in 2016. The Lake Olathe/Cedar Lake Master Plan was an effort that combined master plans for Lake Olathe Park, the Cedar Creek Trail, and Cedar Lake Park. Design services shall address all items necessary for future construction and operation of the completed project. Design services are anticipated to include, but are not limited to site design, playground design, one (1) public meeting and utility coordination including surveying (update). |
