Administration Building Lower Parking Lot Paving

General construction and paving/resurfacing as it pertains to general roadways, access roadways and parking areas. The parking area to be milled and repaved is part of the Wanaque Reservoir System owned by the North Jersey District Water Supply Commission located in Wanaque, Passaic County, New Jersey. The work encompasses approximately 12,300 S.F. of existing pavement to be milled and re-paved and striped, replacement of 150 L.F. concrete curb and replacement of approximately 250 s.f. of 4” thick concrete sidewalk. The Scope of Work is to include, but not be limited to, the milling/removal of 1-1/2-inches of existing roadway surface, the placement of a new asphalt surface course at 1-1/2- inches depth and base repair in needed for a total depth of 3-1/2-inches. The work will also include removal and repair of existing concrete curbing and sidewalk, stormwater catch basin repair, resetting stormwater inlet grates and re-striping for traffic control and parking spaces.
