Warner Park Pool Shower & Softball Field Restroom Improvements

Project Description: The scope of work shall include but not be limited to: Demolishing, removing, and replacing group shower fixtures and ADA accessible shower fixtures, plumbing, and folding seats and shower partitions in men’s and women’s bathrooms, with 10 conventional and 2 ADA accessible wall-mounted shower system assemblies. Removing existing power to group showers. Modifying floors and walls for plumbing, drain, and vent modifications, and patching same. Masonry construction and grouting for fitment of new HDPE shower partitions and stainless steel pipe shrouds/concealment system. Installing new hot water temperature. Replacing bathroom partitions in softball field restrooms.
