| Description | This project consists of a Base Bid that includes approximately 438,354 square yards of CRS-2P Chip Seal and four (4) Alternates. Included in the base bid is the complete sweeping of the entire project for a third time within two (2) weeks of project completion. Alternate 1 consists of approximately 40,659 square yards of CRS-2P Chip Seal. Alternate 2 consists of approximately 49,140 square yards of CRS-2P Chip Seal. Alternate 3 consists of approximately 48,250 square yards of CRS-2P Chip Seal. Alternate 4 consist of approximately 46,694 square yards of CRS-2P Chip Seal. The work is expected to begin in March, 2022. It shall be understood that Lake Havasu City is under no obligation to award the project. |
