Renovation of a mixed-use development in Woodville, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. Project Description: The project scope of work includes three (3) school sites under one contract. The work is funded by ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) Federal Funding. The work will include replacing and upgrading HVAC, replacing and upgrading electrical wiring as necessary, providing new unit pads, removing existing unit pads where necessary as indicated in the construction documents. Project Location: a. Site A: Wilkinson County Elementary School, 522 Pond Pinchneyville Road, Woodville, MS 39669. b. Site B: Wilkinson County High School, 522 Pinckneyville Road, Woodville, MS 39669. c. Site C: William Winans Middle School, 166 Cherokee Street, Centerville, MS 39631. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work by Substantial Completion date May 29, 2023. Work is subject to liquidated damages. The owner reserves the right to postpone action and final decision for a period of up to ninety (90) days. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
