**As of March 21, 2023, this project has been awarded to Stark Excavating in the amount of $92,093.10. The City of Washington, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for the culvert cleaning and ditch regrading of the Felkers Subdivision. Award of bid is anticipated to be on March 20th, 2023. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the proposer and clearly marked as follows: Attn: City Engineer Subject: Felkers Subdivision Ditch Maintenance Bid Opening Date: Wednesday, March 15th, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Bidder is advised this work is subject to local prevailing wage requirements.
