Brookport Demolition Contract

The contractor will remove all buildings located on the property. The Contractor shall remove all rubbish, debris, trees and undergrowth found on the tract from which the Contractor is conducting demolition. All material removed from the tract shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be disposed of at his expense in a proper and legal manner. Material must be taken directly from the demolition site to a proper disposal site. No burning of paper, refuse, general construction or demolition debris shall be permitted on the project site. All masonry walls, footings, and foundations shall be removed. All masonry/concrete floors shall be removed. All basement walls shall be removed to 2 feet below ground. A minimum 1 foot diameter hole shall be broken into the basement floor. All debris must be hauled to an approved landfill according to state and federal law. Copies of landfill receipts must be submitted to City of Brookport prior to final inspection. No bids will be considered after the bid opening on July 5th, 2022.
