Description

WCPSS has purchased 8 former residential sites around the Swift Creek ES and intends to prepare the properties for future use. The project will remove the structures and their associated components to achieve this goal. In general, and in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations, all hazards will be remediated and the structures removed, utilities disconnected, wells abandoned, wastewater systems removed, Above/Below ground storage tanks removed, and the disturbed areas improved with ground cover.
