Q2: What is the allowable time frame for an electrical outage A2: All outages will be minimized and scheduled with the COR. Total building outage for work in the main switchgear will be after hours (10pm-5am) or on weekend afternoon (after 5pm). Q3: What is the allowable, or preferred, time for the chilled water outage A3: Time is to minimized and scheduled with the COR. Time of year affects the availability but during most seasons, depending on duration of the outage it will also be weekend or weekdays after 5pm.
