The School cannot assume the responsibility for delayed postal deliveries and does not recognize postmarks as representing the fact that a bid has been "received" by the School before the specified deadline. Bids sent by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Bids received after the time specified in the Invitation to Bid will not be considered. When responding to this invitation, please submit all documentation with the subject line "1)Building Materials 105 Dutch Street" 2) "Excavation and Concrete 105 Dutch Street" Any proposal submitted for said project must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly denoted with the above-specified subject. The School reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any technicality, informality, or irregularity in the bids received, and to disregard all non-conforming or conditional bids or counter proposals. All bids submitted must be valid for a minimum of ninety (90) days from the opening date set forth above. The School further reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsible Bidder whose offer best responds in quality, fitness, and capacity to the requirements of the proposed work and therefore is in the best interests of the School.
