GENERAL INFORMATION 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP number listed in section A above shall be used in reference to any written proposal provided under this RFP. 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2023-02, effective 14 February 2023. 4. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set aside. 5. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), size standard $25M. PSC Code: J063. 6. Offeror must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award.
