Emlenton Hughes Park Phase II and III - Construction Contract 1

The Project consists of interior renovation to the existing restroom building including new toilet stall partitions, new ADA toilet, urinal, and sink, replacement of existing toilet, miscellaneous fixtures and accessories, interior and exterior building paint, interior concrete floor resurfacing, conversion of bathhouse administration area to a picnic shelter. In addition to the interior renovation, the project also consists of new asphalt parking lot including drainage and ADA compliant parking; concrete sidewalks to access the restroom facility; ADA crushed stone walking trail; utility extensions and aquatic play equipment; electrical improvements and renovations; and site furnishings including picnic tables and trash receptacles.
