SH - 123 Pipeline Crossing Replacement and Pressure Relief Valve Addition

SH-123 Pipeline Crossing Replacement: 1. Installation of approximately 160 LF of 30-inch restrained ductile iron waterline underneath Highway 123 within an existing 42-inch steel casing pipe and the replacement of approximately 25 LF of 30-inch adjacent water line including all appurtenant work. 2. The associated work includes abandonment of the existing pipe and appurtenances including dewatering, new piping installation, concrete work, corrosion testing work, traffic protection work, installation and removal ofsite controls, site restoration work, and other work as shown on the Drawings and Specifications. Pressure Relief Valve Addition: 1. Furnish and install approximately 180 LF of 12-inch Pressure Relief Water Line with Energy Dissipater Headwall and all appurtenant work as shown on the Drawings. 2. Furnish and install one (1) Pressure Relief Valve and all appurtenant work as shown on the Drawings. 3. Furnish and install one (1) Gate Valve as shown on the Drawings. 4. Furnish and install two (2) Combination Air Release Valve assembly as shown on the Drawings. 5. Furnish and install one (1) prefabricated fiberglass building as shown on the Drawings and in accordance with the Specifications. 6. Perform and install SCADA programming and integration as shown on the Drawings and in accordance with the Specifications.
