New Water Main along Beacon Hill and Beacon Hill Court (WM4514) MPP

Work covered by these bidding documents consists of constructing 6” DIP Water Main along Beacon Hill Road and 2” polyethylene tubing along Beacon Hill Court to replace the existing water system. The Contractor will connect the new water main to the existing water main on Woodland Hills Road and abandon the old 3” and 2” water mains along Beacon Hill Road and Beacon Hill Court Construct New 6” DIP Water Mains and 2” Polyethylene Tubing Connect New Water System to Existing Water Main on Woodland Hills Rd Replace Existing Water Service Lines Plug and Abandon Existing 2” and 3” Water Mains Installation of Flowable Fill within Trench Areas Resurfacing of Trench Areas within Existing Asphalt and Concrete Pavement Areas Landscape and Driveway (Asphalt/Concrete) Repairs/Replacements LBE Goal: 5% The City has implemented an overall citywide 15% goal to encourage socially and economically disadvantaged business participation.
