Knowles Pit Public Works Building

**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 04/28/23 to 05/19/23** Clay County Board of County Commissioners is requesting Bids from licensed General Contractors for the construction and site improvements for the Knowles Pit Building. The Knowles Pit is located at 3809 Knowles Pit Road, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment for the civil site improvements and construction of the new Knowles Pit Building per the plans and specifications included with this Request for Bids (RFB). Must be a State of Florida Division I License Certified/Registered Building Contractor or Certified/ Registered General Contractor. Additional licensing requirements may be specified elsewhere within the RFB, Plans or Specifications. Furthermore, the awarded Contract will only be entered into with a responsible General Contractor, found to be satisfactory to the County, qualified by experience and in a financial position to do the work specified. *The value for this project is based on a financial range from $850,000 and $1,000,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
