Lake Mead National Recreation Area Consolidation Point Electrical and Physical Security Improvements

1. Perform coordination with and execute the commercial power agreement for connection with NV Energy for a minimum of a 100amp single phase service. a. NV Energy Project Number 3008671779 2. Provide required trenching and conduit from the NV Energy junction box which is located approximately 500ft from the communication sites proposed utility demarcation point depicted in the attached picture. 3. Provide and install a new Utility H Frame inside of the communications site existing chain-link fence in the approximate location shown on the attached pictures. New Utility H Frame to be tied into the existing grounding system. 4. Provide and install a utility meter and disconnect on the Utility H Frame. 5. Provide and install needed conduit and wire between the Utility H frame and the communications building. 6. Provide and install a new 100amp (minimum) breaker panel in the communications shelter. 7. Provide and install a minimum of four 2-way electrical outlets in the equipment building. 8. Provide and install an exterior AC Powered entry/security light that is controlled by an interior switch and a photo sensor on the light structure. 9. Provide and install two interior AC Powered light fixtures on the ceiling. 10. Provide needed upgrades for the existing solar power system to allow for the connection of the new commercial power service that results in the primary powering of the communications site and its equipment from commercial power with a combination of solar and back up generator providing the backup power of the sites equipment. 11. Provide and install a 12ft wide double swing vehicle gate in the existing east fence line and tie the gate into the existing grounding system. Optional item: 1. Upgrade existing DC powered Airconditioning system to AC power. 2. Replace existing DC Powered Air Conditioner with a new AC powered unit
