| Description | This RFP includes three distinct service areas: a. Upgrade of panel and equipment at Alta Sita, Katie Harper Wright, Avant Elementary, Mason Clark Middle School, Annette Harris Officer Elementary, Wyvetter Younge Alternative Center, East St. Louis Senior High School, Vivian Adams Early Childhood Center, Lincoln Middle School, Paul Laurence Dunbar Elementary, Gordon Bush Elementary, James E. Williams Center, District Administrative Building, and the Operations and Maintenance. b. Security and Alarm monitoring services; c. Providing preventative and ongoing maintenance of security system equipment and annual testing. The District will evaluate costs and services for monitoring independently from upgrades and maintenance when making a determination of award. |
