Bidders who want to check the site, call Code Enforcement Office at 936-559-2520 for them to schedule a site visit. proposals addressed to the City of Nacogdoches Code Enforcement Dept., City of Nacogdoches, Texas, P.O. Box 635030, 202 E. Pilar Street, Nacogdoches, Texas 75963- 5030, will be received for the demolition/removal of the structures listed below in accordance with the technical specifications and guidelines. Exhibit 1 - Single Wide Trailer (No Doors & Cracked Siding) 2b. Exhibit 2 - White Double Wide with Green Trim 2c. Exhibit 3 - Gold with Brown Trim Trailer 2d. Exhibit 4 - Beige Rusted Storage Building 2e. Exhibit 5 - White Double Wide with missing Siding 2f. Exhibit 6 - Small Gray Double Wide with Beige Shutters 2g. Exhibit 7 - Beige Single Wide with Pink Trim 2h. Exhibit 8 - Dark Tan Trailer with side missing. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest responsive, responsible bid. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding and to reject any or all bids. Any Commercial Building will require an Asbestos Survey to be done prior to demolition. It is the responsibility of the Contractor who is awarded the bid.
