Asphalt Street Overlay

The project involves resurfacing of 13 Avenue North from Mill Creek Parkway to the newly constructed concrete with a surface of three inch (3") hot-mix asphalt on the existing concrete or asphalt surface. The project also involves resurfacing of the section of Harts Mill Road between 16 Avenue South and Windsor Drive with a two inch (2") surface of asphalt, and an approximately two hundred twenty foot (220') section of full depth reconstruction of eight inch (8") asphalt on a twelve inch (12") granular sub-base. In addition to resurfacing of asphalt streets, the project includes removal of existing asphalt and concrete pavement, concrete patching, pipeline construction, pavement markings, excavation, granular road base construction, driveway reconstruction, catch basin and storm sewer construction, traffic control, erosion control, and other associated appurtenances to road rehabilitation and construction.
