Description

Project consists of excavating around the basement and installing waterproofing, adding drain tile around the building and a drain tile pump system. Site restoration, including new concrete walks and landscaping. New emergency generator outside the building and removal of the existing emergency generator within the basement. Demolition of a section of the basement floor to install new drain tile. Epoxy injection of existing floor joints. New paint and flooring.
