Progressive Design-Build Services W.B. Casey WRRF Biosolids Facilities Upgrade

The Project will include the planning, design, construction, commissioning, and startup necessary to place the Project in full operation according to requirements contained herein. The Project is to be designed and constructed in two phases using the progressive design-build delivery method, as follows: • Phase 1 Services (preconstruction phase): Prepare design to 60-percent complete, as described in Exhibit C of the Draft Progressive Design-Build Agreement (Agreement) (Scope of DesignBuilder Services), and prepare a Phase 2 Services Proposal including a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), or lump sum price proposal if requested by the Owner, for consideration by the Owner; and • Phase 2 Services (final design and construction phase): Complete design, construction, and postconstruction tasks, including performance testing, startup commissioning, and operator training and support.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
