South Westside Area SWA-20 13-1/2 Street - Cruft Street to College Avenue 14th Street - Cruft Street to College Avenue

Location 301 City Hall, 17 Harding Avenue, Terre Haute, IN 47807 The work set out in this contract is located within the City of Terre Haute, Indiana. More specifically it is located within the following Redevelopment Area(s) and along the below stated street. South Westside Area SWA-2O 13-1/2 Street - Cruft Street to College Avenue 14th Street - Cruft Street to College Avenue Project consists of the removal of existing pavement, curb, drives, trees and sidewalk and the construction of new pavement, curb and gutter, driveways, storm sewer, tree planting, signage, pavement markings, and seeding within the project area. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the drawings, specifications and special provisions attached hereto and made a part of these specifications. Substantial Completion shall occur within a maximum of 30 consecutive calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the Terre Haute Department of Redevelopment. Substantial Completion shall be ALL work associated with the completion of the project with the exception of tree planting.
