| Description | The State Fiscal Accountability Authority-Division of Procurement Services (SFAA-DPS) on behalf of South Carolina Department of Mental Health (SCDMH) is soliciting services for community housing development for persons with mental illnesses. The purpose of the contract is to assist qualified providers by making SCDMH funds available as match to leverage other public and private funds obtained through funding applications or other sources that will result in the development of community-based affordable housing for persons with mental illnesses across the state. Licensed group homes are not eligible for funding through this solicitation. SCDMH will establish an approved Qualified Provider List (QPL) of contractors that will be used to fund the development of affordable housing units for persons with mental illnesses in South Carolina. Being placed on the QPL is not a guarantee work or a certain funding level for any Contractor. Questions must be received by: 09/06/2022 10:00 AM Award will be posted on 09/19/2022. |
