Fourteen groundwater wells need condition assessment and flow evaluation performed. Wellhead piping and assemblies need to be re-constructed. Following re-construction of the wellhead, piping assemblies, and initial flow measurement, the well casings are to be cleaned by brushing to remove scale and bacteriological deposits
