| Description | Location of project: San Felipe Pueblo Elementary School, Pueblo of San Felipe, New Mexico. The contractor shall remove a single layer of existing roofing material from building #711 and #714, the polyisocyanurate and air handlers will remain in place. The contractor shall remove the stone arrogates on building #711 and stockpile at a specified location. The contractor shall lay a single ply of 60 mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) base roofing membrane and solidly glue the membrane to the parapet surface and terminate with metal coping. The approximate square footage of the roofs is 35,700 square feet. |
