New Maintenance Building Parking Lot Improvements

**As of August 2, 2022, this project has been awarded to Otto Baum Company, Inc., in the amount of $314,330.36. Every bid shall consist of two (2) completed copies of Bid Documents and shall be accompanied by bid guarantee consisting of bid bond, certified check or cashier's check made payable to City of East Peoria, in amount of five percent of total of bids upon which Contractor is bidding. Failure of bidder to submit bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in amount to cover proposals bid upon is cause for rejection of this bid. Commencement of the work on the project may begin as early as June 22nd, 2022. The project shall be substantially completed within 60 calendar days from date Notice to Proceed is issued. Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when in the opinion of Owner, such action will serve the best interest of Owner. Bids on all work of this contract shall be subject to the provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
