Roof is to be hurricane hardened. Peel & stick underlayment is to be utilized. Install straps or clips, photos & paperwork to homeowner and city for insurance wind mitigation discount. Owner's choice of color. 2 Fascia – Replace fascia as needed. Prime & paint to match existing as close as possible. 3 Ceilings – Patch & paint damaged ceilings in 3 rooms. 4 Door – Replace the front door with a pre-hung steel or fiberglass. Include new Schlage or Kwikset locksets
