The Housing Authority of the City of Orange (HACO) is seeking sealed bids from qualified individual(s)/ firm(s) to provide painting services for 40 vacant units annually and cycle painting of 40 occupied units for 250 Public Housing Units at Washington Manor, 340 Thomas Blvd, Orange, New Jersey in accordance with HACOs policy, US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Regulations and any other pertinent State of New Jersey and United States Federal laws.
