Bid Package 2 - North High School CTE Renovations

1. The scope of work includes the transformation of the existing campus and 287,000 square foot facility. Additions will include a New Entry / Commons (31,000 SF), a replacement Auxiliary Gym (11,00 SF) that will function as a Storm Shelter, and an Electrical Room (500 SF). Renovation spaces will include Career and Technical Education (CTE), Media Center, Classrooms, Auditorium, Kitchen and Administrations Offices. Site work will include sanitary sewer and storm reroutes, new parking lots and an underground filtration system. This project also includes all associated HVAC, electrical and technology system replacements. a. This bid package will include the following: i. New Entry / Commons Addition (31,000 SF) ii. Some interior Renovations iii. Sanitary sewer and Storm reroutes iv. New parking lots v. Landscaping package vi. Underground filtration systems.
