500 East 600 South Design

Consultant to design roadway and utility improvements on 500 East from Canal Road south to the intersection of 600 South as well as 600 South Street from the intersection of 500 East then east to the existing western stub of the intersection of 750 East. The improvements will include all improvements within the existing and designed roadway right-of-way including but not limited to; sidewalk, park strip, curb & gutter, pavement section, sanitary sewer collection system, storm drainage, flood irrigation and overhead power relocation. The City is desirous to have a sanitary sewer collection system designed to connect to an existing sewer manhole located in 450 East Street north of Salem Canal Road and will provide service to the park parcel as well as the adjacent properties and encompassing the properties on both sides of 600 South Street. The design shall include a plan of how to incorporate and/or abandon existing sanitary sewer that collects sewer from the south at approximately 650 East and transmits the sewer along 600 South to the intersection of 750 East and 600 South Streets.
