Construction of STEAM Education Center at Glastonbury High School

The Project entails renovations to an existing industrial arts lab at Glastonbury High School having an address of 330 Hubbard Street, Glastonbury, Connecticut 06033. The scope of Work for the Project will include all materials, labor, services, equipment, systems, and machinery described in, and as may be reasonably inferable from the Bidding Documents. Generally the work will include the selective demolition concrete floor structures within the existing areas of the space and all associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing within the existing space, and the (5,000 nsf +/-) of renovations and reconfiguration of existing shop spaces within a school to provide new STEAM lab spaces. The specific Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents.
