| Description | Greater Lawrence Community Action Council, Inc., HEARTWAP PROGRAM is accepting bids for the following heating system services:1. Clean Outs, Tune Ups, Efficiency Results for Oil and Gas Heating Systems. Adjustments for Excess CO (Carbon Monoxide)2. Gas Space Heater Repair and/or Replacement, Air Source Heat Pumps Replacement/ Gas/Oil Heating System Repair and/or Replacements with High Efficiency Burner.3. Asbestos Removal/Asbestos Hygienist (limited) on selected system Replacements.4. Chimney Cleaning/Liner, Oil Tank Replacement These bids will be in effect during the FY' 2022-2024 Program Years.
