Description: Drainage repair The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities. This project is funded in whole or in part by funds received from the Federal Government, and the contract award is wholly contingent on the state's appropriation authority for the federal funds and actual receipt of the federal funds A summary of estimated material and earthwork quantities are provided below for the Contractor's benefit in interpreting the scope of the project for bidding reference. The Contractor is wholly responsible for verifying the actual quantities for all work shown on the Drawings including but not limited to demolition, site work piping, excavation, embankment and import, gravel and asphalt surfacing, and all items listed in the project as required for the project, prior to placing the bid.
