RFP - LaSalle SSES Engineering Services - Phase 1

The deadline for receipt of written questions submitted to the Water Board's contact, Douglas Williamson, P.E., (dwilliamson@nfwb.org), is Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. The Niagara Falls Water Board ("NFWB") is issuing this request for proposals ("RFP") seeking a qualified engineering consultant to perform sanitary sewer evaluation survey ("SSES") work, including a report identifying sources of inflow and infiltration ("I&I") and a corrective action plan for reducing I&I sources in future years. This work is to be performed in connection with an Order on Consent between the NFWB and NYSDEC for the abatement of Sanitary Sewer Overflows ("SSO"). The planned scope of work will be in three phases. A contract for Phase 1 will be awarded as a result of this RFP, and proposers are requested to provide option prices for completing Phase 2 and Phase 3 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
