RFP Design - UO Portland Campus - Student Services (Open to all Retainer Consultants)

Architectural services for the renovation of a student housing building formerly known as East Hall. The four-story building is approximately 51,290 square feet and currently can house up to 186 occupants in a variety of configurations from single rooms to quads and apartment-style units. The scope of the design is to convert all dormitory style units to apartment-style units with each apartment to have a kitchen and bath. The Direct Construction Budget / Anticipated GMP for the CM/GC, for this project is $5 - 7.7 M Anticipated Start Date: March 27, 2023 There are several phases to this project. Phase One: April - June 2023 Programming/Concept Design Phase Two: July - October 2023 Schematic/Design Development November 2023 - January 2024 - Construction Documents February - April 2024 Permitting/Bidding May 2024 - June 2025 Construction RFQ PROCESS SCHEDULE: RFQ Released: February 10, 2023 Optional Pre-Proposal Walk Through: February 15 @ 1:30pm Final Date for RFQ questions February 20 @5:00pm Proposal Due Date: February 24 @ 3:00pm Interview/Selection Notification: March 8, 2023 Interviews (If determined necessary): March 15 or 16th, 2023 Selection Notification (if interviews occur): March 17, 2023
