Wharton-Smith is the Construction Manager at Risk who is soliciting proposals and assuring that MBE and WBE firms are used, when possible, for the City of Punta Gorda Board of County Commissioners for Punta Gorda Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements 2022. This will place the Bidder on the notification list for any forthcoming addenda or other official communications.
