RFP Design - Replacement Turf Regarding Football and Baseball Fields

West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed, Design professionals regarding the replacement of the three turf fields. NOTE: Required Completed Documentation must be submitted under SUPPLIER ATTACHMENTS with Response (Communications Certification, Certificate of Insurance, etc.). NOTE - Your response is to be combined into One (1) singular PDF and not broken out. NOTE - Questions are to be posed directly on the website under the Q&A Board.
