IDIQ A&E Historical Sensitive Projects Engineering Services

Projects may involve single or multiple disciplines. Projects may require a full range of Architect-Engineering services, including engineering, design and construction inspection, to accomplish any or all of the following: project management, data management, project programming and master planning, feasibility and concept studies, space utilization, design concepts/standards, research, analysis, design/build request for proposal preparation, engineering during construction, and construction phase support for Facility Repair projects involving historic facilities or facilities located in a Historic Districts, including repair, replacement, demolition, and new construction. Engineering and Architectural design tasks would include, but not be limited to, design of new construction, both vertical and horizontal, alteration of facilities, maintenance and repair of real property, pre-design site assessment, topographic and boundary surveys to include survey, mapping, utility investigations, geotechnical investigation and reports, environmental investigations, permitting, studies and reports, hazardous materials testing, abatement and monitoring, energy audits, energy computations, energy conservation design, enhanced commissioning, retro-commissioning, cultural resource investigations, historical studies and Historic American Engineering Record Recordation Documentation, seismic studies, cost estimates, value engineering, design reviews, life cycle costing, computer aided drafting, geospatial information systems (GIS), building information modeling (BIM). Engineering during construction and construction phase support include post design-shop drawing review, construction phase services, and construction administration.
