Description

The total demolition of Watts Hall (2041 College Rd, Columbus, OH 43210-1178) which is physically connected to MacQuigg Hall (105 W Woodruff Ave, Columbus, OH 43210-1117). The buildings are located in the central core of campus which is highly populated. The building to remain will need to be shored and separated from Watts along with disconnection and termination of any utility and mechanical pipes that may feed the building from MacQuigg. The scope of work to include building demolition, abatement, MEP / Electrical disconnects, site work, and shoring of building to remain. Upon completion of the demolition, the site will need to be brought to grade and seeded. The demolition will allow for future building to be erected for the Biomedical and Materials Engineering Complex.
