Salt Storage Tank Concrete Roof Slab and Beam Replacement

The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the SALT STORAGE TANK CONCRETE ROOF SLAB AND BEAM REPLACEMENT PROJECT. The project includes removal and replacement of the concrete roof slab and beams for Salt Storage Tank #2 at the City of Athens Water Treatment Plant. Noise related construction activities shall be restricted to the hours of 7 AM to 8 PM, Monday - Saturday, all nighttime and Sunday work shall be approved by the City of Athens Service-Safety Director. This project shall be fully completed by October 31, 2022. If the Contractor fails to meet the completion date requirements, liquidated damages of $400 per day applies until the requirements are met. The Engineers Estimate for the Base Bid is $204,896.62.
