Description

Project involves replacement of approximately 9,800 sq ft of existing Modified Bitumen low-slope roofing, insulation, trim, flashing, blocking, other accessories, and removal of existing cast stone coping. The project also includes replacing existing equipment curbs to accommodate increased insulation depth. Existing rooftop equipment must be handled as required to replace roofing. New roofing system includes trim, flashing, blocking, other accessories, EPDM membrane and new metal coping systems. The project work is located at the existing Christina School District, Bayard School located at 200 South DuPont Street, Wilmington, DE 19805.
