Description

The project will consist of corrective action modifications as necessary to bring Black Creek Park, Children`s Park and Walker Chapel Children`s Park into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for accessibility. The scope of work includes architectural adjustments to picnic areas and restrooms, wooden decking and ramps, demolition, grading, concrete sidewalks, concrete paving, signage, wayfinding, seal coating and re-striping, erosion control and permanent stabilization.
