Monthly Cleaning Services

The Contractor shall perform escalator enclosure glass and surround cleaning services at SEPTA’s Jefferson Station located in Center City Philadelphia. The enclosures are located within the station, and connect the track level platform with the next level up, which is one level down from Street level. All levels, including street are serviced and connected via a passenger elevator. The escalator enclosures are not directly exposed to outside weather conditions, but the subsurface track level area is not climate controlled. The Contractor must possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in Glass cleaning services as outlined within this specification. The Contractor will be expected to provide Industry Standards acceptable janitorial services at the station so that SEPTA can provide the public with a station that has first class conditions at all times.
