RFQ D/B - Elise Besse Park Skatepark Project

The City of Torrington, CT, Department of Public Works - Parks and Recreation (Parks) is seeking letters of interest and Statements of Qualifications for skatepark design and construction services for the Elise Besse Park Skatepark Project. This project is a skatepark on a site approximately 16,000 square feet and designated for beginner, intermediate or expert levels. This project is a 9,000-to-11,000 square feet cast-in-place and/or shotcrete concrete skatepark facility. Question Deadline 08/31/2022 at 12:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted by email to pennie_zucco@torringtonct.org. Questions will be answered through an addendum. Interested firms should check the website 48 hours before the closing date. Firms mailing proposals should allow for normal delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their proposals. The City will not be liable for any costs incurred by a firm in the preparation or submission of a proposal. The City of Torrington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities; to negotiate and award a contract that it determines best meets their needs and best serve the interests of the City of Torrington.
