| Description | Work will consist of reroofing approximately 120,000 sq. feet. Each bid shall be identified with the name andaddress of the bidder onthe outside of the sealedenvelope. In the lowerleft-hand corner of theenvelope, print or typethe words "Sealed Bid- Montevideo MiddleSchool Building". Contractor shall providea performance bond anda material and labor payment bond in the amountof 100% of the contractamounts. A minimum of $1,000,000liability is required, listing ISD 129 as an additional insured. The owner reserves theright to reject any or allbids, to waive any informality in bidding, and toaccept any bid most advantageous to the owner. SD 129 is accepting itemized bids for the tear off and reshingling of Montevideo Middle School to include, but not limited to: * minimum shingle warranty of 20 years Base Bid: 1. R&R High profile static wind ventilator- High Grade 12. R&R Television antenna- High grade Front Elevation 13. R&R Gutter/downspout- box- galvanized- 7"-8" Right Elevation 14. R&R Soffit- metal Rear Elevation 15. R&R Gutter/ downspout- box- galvanized- 7"-8" 16. R&R Soffit- metal Left Elevation 17. Detach & Reset Soffit- metal 18. Light fixture- Detach & reset In addition to base bid; Alternates 1. Insulation replacement if necessary 2. Sheathing replacement if necessary 3. Extending shingle to 30 year warranty Bids must: 1.
