Grandview Area Sanitary Sewer Extension Project

The Work is from architects and/or engineers to provide services in regard to the Grandview Area Sanitary Sewer Extension Project.The Project area includes the homes and businesses on the south side of the 1-64 Grandview Road Exit extending north to the Grandview National Park. Professional services will include, but are not limited to (1) preparation of preliminary engineering report and/or facilities plan (2) preparation of preliminary engineering drawings(3) preparation of funding applications, (4) funding agency coordination (5) preparation of drawings and specifications for all components of the project (6) securing all necessary permits associated with the project (7) preparation of bidding and contracting documents (8) participation in the evaluation of bids and (9) monitoring and observation of construction activities. The Shady Spring Public Service District will afford full opportunity for minority and women-owned business enterprises to submit statements of qualification in response to this invitation.
